How it works

One complete workflow, from job definition to shortlist

The platform connects job requirements, resume collection, candidate analysis and AI-assisted selection into a single, verifiable process.

1

Define the job position

Enter a simple description — “a senior backend developer with .NET, SQL Server, microservices and cloud experience” — and the AI turns it into a structured job profile: essential versus preferred qualifications, seniority, languages and evaluation criteria. HR reviews and approves before recruitment begins.

2

Collect and organize resumes

Upload PDF and Word resumes individually or in bulk, enter candidates manually, or connect job boards and inboxes. AI extracts experience, education, skills, certifications and languages into a structured profile — the original document always stays one click away.

3

Analyze each candidate

Not keyword matching. The engine interprets each candidate’s experience against the approved criteria and produces a clear report: why they may be suitable, which requirements are evidenced, what is missing, what to verify, and which questions to ask in the interview.

4

Rank and shortlist

Rankings follow the weights HR sets per position — for example technical skills 35%, relevant experience 25%, problem-solving 20%, certifications 10%, languages 10%. Compare candidates side by side, filter by qualification, flag for review, and override with a documented reason.

5

Work with the AI recruitment agent

Ask for the five strongest candidates, compare three profiles, surface the most common skill gaps, or prepare interview questions. The agent retrieves evidence, applies the approved criteria, and presents reasoning HR can verify — and flags criteria that are contradictory or too restrictive.

Guiding principle

The AI automates administrative work and recommends candidates. Rejection, final selection and job offers remain subject to human review and organizational policy.

The platform

Organized around the recruitment lifecycle

Eight connected modules, not a collection of unrelated HR tools.

HR Dashboard

Active positions, new resumes awaiting analysis, candidates awaiting review, shortlists, interviews in progress, approaching deadlines and AI processing status in one view.

Job Positions

Each position carries its own requirements, status, candidate pool, evaluation criteria and activity history.

Resume Inbox

Received → Processing → Analyzed → Awaiting Review → Shortlisted / Not Selected. Retries, duplicate handling and manual corrections built in.

Candidate Profiles

One unified profile reused across applications — resumes, extracted data, history, skills, interview notes and communication — with evaluations specific to each position.

AI Evaluation Center

Inspect every criterion, the evidence behind each assessment, missing information, overall fit and suggested interview questions. Transparency over opaque scores.

Shortlist & Comparison

Selected candidates side by side: qualifications, experience, strengths, gaps and interview findings.

AI Recruitment Assistant

A conversational interface to query recruitment data, explore candidates, request comparisons and initiate authorized actions — within each user’s permissions.

Recruitment Reports

Applicant volume, time at each stage, source effectiveness, qualification gaps and time-to-fill — per process and across the organization.

AI recruitment assistant

Ask in plain language. Get answers backed by evidence.

More than a resume-scoring tool: an agent that executes approved workflows and responds to HR instructions, retrieving evidence from candidate profiles and presenting its reasoning in a form you can verify.

  • Coordinated capabilities, not one unrestricted agent — resume extraction, job analysis, candidate evaluation, matching and the assistant each have clear responsibilities.
  • Never invents qualifications — the AI distinguishes what a resume states, what is a reasonable interpretation, and what is unknown.
  • Quality and compliance checks detect missing information, unsupported claims, inconsistent evaluations and potential bias.
Example requests
“Find the five strongest candidates for this position.”
“Show me candidates who meet all mandatory requirements.”
“Compare these three candidates and explain their differences.”
“Identify the most common skill gaps among applicants.”
“Prepare interview questions for the shortlisted candidates.”
AssistantHere are the five strongest matches by your approved criteria. Each one links to the evidence in the resume and lists requirements that still need verification. Two profiles are flagged for manual review.
Fairness, privacy and reliability

Trust is a core product requirement

The platform processes personal information and influences employment decisions. It is built to be explainable, auditable and fair from the first release.

Job-related criteria only

Candidates are evaluated against approved requirements. Protected characteristics and inappropriate personal attributes are never used in ranking.

No sensitive inference

The system does not infer personality, health, ethnicity or other sensitive traits from resumes.

Explainable by design

Evaluation criteria and recommendations are explainable, and uncertain or incomplete AI output is clearly communicated.

Human review and correction

HR can review, correct and override any recommendation with a documented explanation.

Role-based access and retention

Resumes and candidate data are protected with role-based access controls and appropriate retention, deletion and access policies.

Audit trail and bias monitoring

Significant changes and AI-assisted actions are recorded, and outcomes are monitored for systematic disadvantage to particular groups.
